Brief Description:
This model was developed on the basis of Hinotori satellite measurements
from February 1981 to June 1982 (F10.7 varied from 140 to 230). It uses a spline-approximation in the
5-dimensional space comprising of solar activity (F10.7), month, local time,
geographic latitude and geomagentic latitude (limited to +/- 42 degrees because of the
orbit inclination).
